Hang a mesh bag on the back of your laundry room door and put your soiled dish towels in it. The mesh allows air to get to them if they are still damp. This also keeps them separated from the other laundry, so your sorting is already done. Just pick up the bag and dump them in the washer. Easy! And, the bag is easy for little ones to reach, but it's off the floor and out of the way.

A Laundry Room!
My kingdom for a laundry room! Well, if I ever get one, this is a super tip. Where did you find the little mesh bag? It looks perfect. I hate how the dishtowels get all ucky and all that. I usually toss them in a bucket. Not anymore!
Thanks for the great tip!! Now, if I can just find a full time laundry servant, I am set for life!

Great idea with the bag! Now if I could get them to actually put wet stuff IN it... ;-)
