'Tis the Season to Shop with Bloggers!

11:59 PM, Nov. 17, 2006

"Christmas

There are so many bloggers that have home businesses, many that you might not have heard of.  Most of these businesses have products that would make excellent Christmas gifts.  We decided to make a list of these businesses to make your online shopping easier.

If you have a business  and would like to share it with the blogosphere please do the following:

  • Add the name of your business to the list below
  • Link to your business website.  If that's your blog, great!
  • Leave a comment telling us a little about your business, and/or about any specials you have.
  • Grab the snowman button code below to put in the sidebar of your blog or website.
  • *NOTE* ~ This is a family friendly website. All links deemed inappropriate will be deleted.

***Unfortunately Mr. Linky is no longer working here. You can see all of the links though over at our entry at HomesteadBlogger. ***

Whether you are a shopper or you have a home business, feel free to add our Shopping With the Bloggers button to your sidebar to show your support for our fellow bloggers!

Remember Bloggers...

HomeschoolBuy.com is a great place

to set up "shop" and sell your merchandise!

Merry Christmas and happy shopping!

Stevens AeroModel

7:00 PM, Nov. 17, 2006, posted by MrsStevens95
I cheated and took thisfrom our website :) Rachel

Family owned and operated, all of our model airplane kits are proudly designed and produced in the USA. Our customers are an extension of the Stevens AeroModel family and we will strive to make you feel as such, just let us know how we can assist with your next project. By listening to our customers we have formed our business around the wants and needs of Today's electric flight enthusiast.

Stevens AeroModel uses only the finest materials in the construction of our model aircraft kits. All of our wood materials are rigorously sorted for quality, weight, and grain prior to being incorporated in our products.

Coupling the power and accuracy of our CNC lasers with intelligent design techniques, such as our (tm) and D-LOC(tm) construction, has allowed us the opportunity to redefine laser cutting for the model airplane industry.

Our model aircraft designs are developed at 6500' ASL. Designing aircraft that perform in the thin high-altitude environment of the Rocky Mountains presents a significant challenge as the thin mountain air increases the stall speed of the aircraft and robs the flying surfaces and powersystem of efficiency; this forces us to pay careful attention to aerodynamic design, weight, and structural engineering. This attention to design ensures that when a product meets our expectations for performance then it is certain to exceed that of our customers.

A Wonderful Idea!

5:32 PM, Nov. 19, 2006, posted by Miiko
Thank you for this opportunity to share our wonderfully effective Non-Toxic Cleaners.

They are bio-based and all natural. I've been using them for several years and we love them so much I decided to get into business. They are also very economical as they are highly concentrated. My laundry formula for example has lasted since June and believe me, we wash a lot of clothes almost daily. I've not used Clorox or Lysol or anything from the store all these years! The all-purpose cleaner is just fantastic and versatile.

I know "cleaners" don't sound warm and fuzzy as gifts, but you are doing your loved ones a GREAT favor by buying them something they REALLY need and can use the whole year round. You are contributing to their overall health and well-being!

You can also get a gallon of the Industrial cleaner and dilute them into quart bottles. I gallon makes 64 quart bottles. Isn't that something? Add in shipping cost and each quart of cleaner costs less than 75 cents! you can't even get that at a dollar store. I have special labels which you can print to stick to your quart bottles if you want. Just email me for more information. Thank you again so much for this letting me share this! Happy Thanksgiving!

Miiko

Great idea & can you fix my mistake?

10:54 PM, Nov. 24, 2006, posted by Connecticut
I tried to email you Tia, but my email kept bouncing back....
Hello Tia,
I made a mistake when I was adding my business to the Shop with the Bloggers
page. Can you delete line 38 that says Nathalie Gibbs... I accidently wrote my
personal name instead of my business name. I redid it correctly on line 39. I
think I ate too much yesterday, it's made my brain all foggy!
Thanks & have a great weekend,

Homeschooling His Way

11:23 PM, Nov. 29, 2006, posted by smokeybutter
I have a wonderful new book on my blog...the Crock-Pot Cooking e-book!

It's packed full of wonderful recipes, and when you purchase it you get 5 additional e-books FREE! These books are loaded with more recipes, great gift ideas, a Bible study, and ideas to help make this Christmas memorable for you and your family.

This would make a wonderful treat for yourself as you get ready for Christmas, or a great gift for someone on your list. Here are a few ideas for using this package as a gift:

1. Copy these e-books to a CD and include it in a gift basket with a delicious smelling candle, a new apron, and some home made yummy treats.

2. Print these e-books and have them comb bound together or seperately at your local printer for someone special this Christmas.

3. Print these e-books and put them in a binder (all together or each as a separate book).

To learn more about this wonderful collection of books visit my blog by clicking on "Homeschooling His Way" in the list above, or by visiting my web-site at www.freewebs.com/smokeybutter.

Have a wonderful Christmas!

Robin Khoury's Answers For New Christians

9:32 AM, Dec. 1, 2006, posted by Anonymous
I wrote Answers For New Christians while discipling elementary aged new Christian children at my church. I got so frustrated with the material I found. It was either watered down or boring or had tiny print! God used my frustration to bring forth Answers For New Christians, a combination story book, coloring book, workbook, and keepsake book for children around the time of salvation. I have poured my heart and soul into this book for the last 20 years! The new and really exciting part about the second edition is the keepsake section in the back where you can put pictures, write prayers and blessings, and keep records of special days like baptism and first Lord's Supper. Answers is written from a mainline evangelical perspective, see our FAQ's on the website www.answersfornewchristians.com for more on this.
