Hi , I would be interested in writing for the tip of the day. I have been homeschooling for 3 years now . I have 4 children and 2 step children varying in age from 10 months to 19 years old. I really enjoy writing and have always wanted a place to put my ideas so this is why I began our blog. I have a lot of ideas to share with everyone. From home , cooking, organizing and homeschooling. I won the organizing contest that the leader board had . When I told my pastor he laughed and said I guess so. :) Thanks for considering me.

Becoming the Tip of the Day Writer for the month of December would be a delightful experience for me. Last year, I had gathered materials for the purpose of writing an activity book about the true meanings of Christmas. In my research, I gathered a lot of information about the traditions of Christmas around the world that I would love to share with other homeschoolers. The idea of my book was to have an activity for every day of December until the day of Christmas. I would welcome the opportunity to share these ideas with HSB.

I have been called the "idea" person, always able to find a way to visualize what others could not imagine. I love researching via the internet, a tool that has become invaluable as a home educator.
I started blogging on HSB as a way to add to my writing portfolio... after just a few months I have been blessed and inspired by others stories. Helping HSB as a writer would be a wonderful way to say thank you for making this site available to home schoolers!
