This came from Bruce Shortt today:
With the education industry's allies back in control in Congress, many education bureaucrats in the states are going to be emboldened to try to expand their regulatory powers over homeschooling. We need to put them on the defensive by pointing out publicly that the people who would regulate us have failed in their educational responsibilities and lack the intellectual and moral authority to regulate homeschoolers. The argument in this article can be adapted to any state.
