3,000 homeschooling across the country. They face a lot of the same challenges we do here. The U.S. has the most resources, of course, on the planet. Sometimes SA families, just as many other countries around the world, utilize US resources (some in South Africa have subscribed to our magazine, for example). Let's keep these families in prayer. Homeschooling is really growing around the world.

It is a joy to see so many children being schooled at home. Here,in Canada, the numbers are increasing as well. We utilize many of the U.S.A. services too. Canada is a huge counrty but a small population so we look for resourses from our next door neighbour. We pray for all homeschool families throughout the world..........Liz

You would have thought that was a U.S. aritcle we were reading. Minds are limited all over the world, huh? I hate that even the mother said she was not qualified to teach. I'm sure she meant legally, but it sounded downgrading. On the other side, how neat to see that many families in S.A. homeschooling.
I just posted a link today (via Betsy) on a live video of a S.A. Game Reserve. It's really cool, especially in the mornings here.

Hmmm...speaking of Africa,
we are adopting two teens from Liberia, Africa, and I'm putting together a fundraising project. I'm making a weekly, undated planner with short devotional thoughts by moms for moms. Would you please think about contributing a small bit, some thoughts on mothering, motherhood, etc? I would love to add you in the planner, and it would help my cause...which is to bring my two children home this July!
