Jill Novak of Through the Window Pane  

Once again we have a bit of an unusual featured blogger format this week.  It’s more of a meet the blogger behind the blogger. 

 We have featured Jill before but she is to good a treasure to introduce you to just once!  If you didn’t take the time to get to know her before or weren’t around a year ago, now is your chance to get acquainted.

Not only is Jill the author of, The Gift of Family Writing, she publishes a beautiful magazine for girls called The Girlhood Home Companion.  Right now Jill is looking for girls who like to write and share their faith.

Many homeschoolers romanticize the one room schoolhouse.  In Playing to Learn Jill shares her one room schoolhouse stories.  Her husband did attend such a school and has a funny story about his first day.

One of the thousands of great things about homeschooling is having the opportunity to run a family business.  This includes having our children right beside us teaching them real job skills, or at least them trying to teach us about computers!  Jill’s son Eric is the computer brains for her business and Jill has written a beautiful tribute to Eric for all he has done.  We wanted to make him featured blogger, but we can’t, however Jill has done a fantastic job of introducing Eric to us.
