LOL... For my kids.. no way.. I need a grid to organize my Crazy life. My kids seems to know my schedule better then I do these days. LOL.

This looks like a great tool! Thanks for the contest. I LOVE HSBer. Thanks for all you do.

If I won the Fridge Grid, I'd use it as an easy way to assign rotating chores. I'd list each child's chores (and mine) on each day of the week. Then we wouldn't have to ask "Who unloaded the dishwasher yesterday?" And it would be easier for me to use than having to print out charts each week, which I forget to do. And the children couldn't say "I forgot about the cat litter" because it would be on the chart. That's what I'd do ... if I won ... which I hope I do. :-D

I sure could use it...

My family has such full schedules and my husband is often confused as to what is going on when so I would post it on the fridge with the children's schedules so he could read them at a quick glance. We have Hospitality class M-F, FCA Tuesdays and Thursdays, Community Service Tuesdays, Art, Awanas and Good News Club on Wednesdays, Good News Club and Hiking on Thursdays. It would just be such a help to keep a visible handle on the schedules for both hubby and myself.

I use something very close to this as a desk top weekly schedule now. Ahh yes, I have printed off the freebie planner sheets, put them in sleeves and they just never seem to make it on the fridge where the whole family checks in for the daily routine. I had a magnetic planner when we lived on Kauai and it worked well for us. I like to lesson plan on Monday morning while the house is still quiet. That way I am not interrupted every other hour with questions of what they are supposed to be doing. The only complaint I had was the humidity was so bad the silly planner would slide down the fridge and be at the bottom of the door where nobody could read it but the cat...the only one in the family who has absolutely no responsibilities other than to eat, sleep and be fluffy! I'm sure willing to give it another try now that we live in a desert climate! I am always glad to get more organized.

This is the perfect tool for my disorganized life where โ€œnormalโ€ generally means โ€œcomplete lack of routineโ€. We are going through a drastic change right now by moving from Romania to the US. I would love a chart that I could put on the fridge to post everyoneโ€™s assignments. Not only could no one say that they lost their list, or packed it, but dear husband and I could easily see what each child has accomplished or needs to finish. If ever there were a contest for the most disorganized, I know I would win. This would certainly help me with my vow to get orgainzed.

Nitty Gritty Griddy

I could you use that nitty gritty griddy for keeping track of the nitty gritty!
I'd grid the daily grind of the grubby grease and grime that I gladly delegate!

Next year my daughter will be in 9th grade and I will need to keep track of her credits for a transcript. The magnetic grid would be very helpful in keeping track of how many hours she spends on each subject, project, and field trip. I would also use it to write down the due dates of all the contests she enters and scholarships she applies.

This would be a great tool to get organized! I love that it sticks on the fridge because it seems I tend to spend a lot of time in the kitchen.

I think I would use it not only to organize DS's school, it would be a great tool for him to learn more about days and calendar. Also it would be a great tool to organize meals and grocery lists, and other activities. And since I'm *always* in the kitchen, it would be a constant reminder of the tasks at hand.

have my daughter begin doing her own planning using this tool. Currently I do all of the planning on the computer. Using this we would plan her work together. I could add my other dd's work with this also.

Looks like a neat product.

I would use it to coordinate my WAH job hours, volunteer work, sports and school work. It would be placed on the front of the fridge door, for everyone to see.

Hard to say exactly what I would use the grid planner for -- I have so much I need to organize.....I could start with the hours for my 3 WAH jobs, or maybe the various assingments my 3 kiddos (gr 5,8 & 11) have....or maybe the field trips and events I organize for the local support group.......hmmmm, maybe I could just put all of our family's various activities on so when my hubby comes home each night and no one is here, he might know where we are -- ballet, basketball, work, gymnasics.......

I need a grid as well. I already have a planner so I dont need our days planned . I have to scheduled by the hour. Yikes I also have a family planner for our home. The kids all know their chores they dont need a chart... What I need is a place to put my meal plans. It always goes out the window. If the family can see it then maybe they will be more willing to go along with the plan. No more asking me whats for dinner mom. They can check it out themselves....
