This is a good article about the flexibility homeschooling provides. There is no mold, we can all choose why we homeschool, what we teach, how much time we spend at outside activities, and even when we call it quits and put the books aside, be it for the day, the week or the summer.
Homeschooling isn't just an option, it's an alternative. You don't have to be a slave to a schedule or lesson plan made by someone who isn't even a friend let alone a family member. You get to homeschool your way for your reasons.

it is nice to read about others and their reasons for homeschooling.
Man, I can't believe I missed their book sale. I have got to keep up with the calendar better.

Jun. 6, 2007 - Reasons
I love hearing why others homeschool. It usually makes me say "Yes, that's another reason why!" Just like this article did for me.
Have a blessed day,
Julia
