Paper Chain Snowmen
This is the time of year around my area
when we normally get plenty of snow. We
have only experienced so far this year a little bit
of snow but to get us in the mood we created these
paper chain snowmen.

What you need:
White paper 12 x18
Black construction paper
orange construction paper
Large wiggle eyes
Black paint dots or just black
paint and a brush will work too.
Tape
and glue
1. Cut 3 strips of white paper 3 in. by 12 in.
Cut 3 strips of white paper 2in by 12in.
Draw and cut the hat shape out of black paper
You can also cut branches for arms (not shown)
Draw and cut a triangle for the nose
2. Roll the first strip of 3 by 12 paper and tape
it to make a big circle.
3. You can flatten the circle a little to work with
it easier. Then Glue on your wiggle eyes, carrot nose
and hat.
4. Put inside of that loop you 2x12 strip
and tape it. So the two are connected.
5. Continue alternating strips till you have
used them all.
6. Finish up by adding a painted smile
and buttons. I used the paint dots that are
like bingo dabbers to save on mess.
7. You can add some of the finishing touches.
Like arms which mine doesnt have because my toddler
insisted they be off. lol You can add a tissue scarf whatever
let you imagination take you. Since I was doing these
in church I made them simple but you could add
lots of other details.
Heres my little guy with his snowman.

What a cute idea! Thank you for sharing. I think that in NC, this will be the only "snow" we get at our house this season.
Can't wait to do this with DD..thanks for sharing.
And, your DS is so adorable with his snowman :)
