Is Your Blog Listed in the Directories?
One way to build traffic to your blog (if that is what you want to do) is to list your blog in various directories. I've compiled a few, below, that you might sign up with. They are all free, but read their terms of use anyway. Some of the below are news feeds, too. The more links that come in to your weblog, the more traffic, at least in theory. Try it and see!
