With Spring in full bloom and Summer quickly approaching Nature Notes From Above is the perfect blog to visit to get ideas and just relax. This blog is beautiful and a real treat for the eyes and ears. (My bird is quite excited by the sound!)
The sidebars are chock full of books, website buttons, and links to everything related to nature. I didn't see a category list so you just have to take a look in the archives but here are a few posts to help you get started.
Hunting for Frog Eggs doesn't sound at all like something I would want to do, but my sons would probably get a big kick out of it! The pictures remind me of tapioca, but then I've always associated that with an old Dennis the Menace cartoon.
This idea is a real jewel! Build Your Own Fruit Bowl Bird Feeder. What a fun way to feed the birds and use organic material! I'll have about four of these hanging about the yard by next week.
Do you think you know your fungus? You can test your knowledge on the Fungi Photo Diary. She found those on a nature walk! Why is it when my family always go on nature walks the only things we find are sticks and garbage?
Okay, I'll leave you to it now. I'm going to explore some more of this stunning blog. I may just keep it up and running in the background to keep my bird happy.
Oh wow! Thank you so much for picking my nature blog as the featured blog of the week :) That is fantastic. Have fun making your fruit bowl feeders!
Blessings,
Rosina
