Once again, I have no idea how this blogger escaped being the Featured Blogger for so long. If she has been featured blogger before, none of my records show it, so she'll just have to be it again because she's the kind of person you tell all your friends about. She's delightful, inspiring, and just plain neat to know! My daughters adore her daughters, and they have never even met in real life. So, ceasing with the niceties, here is Robinlyn of Robin's Egg Blue.
Now here's a post that will leave you pondering. . .or thrilled to have something new to question your evolution believing friends. Where did the first caveman get his wife?
This gift idea is definitely one that one homeschool mother would give to another. Very appropriate, fun, and treasured! The Ticonderoga is Robinlyn's pencil of choice. I've got to say that some days, I'll take any pencil I can get, even if it comes out of the dogs mouth.
If you're anything like me, sometimes copy work seems rather pointless. Who wants to spend time copying a mundane paragraph from out of a book, even if it is a good book? The copy can is a good idea for two reasons, you can put in it whatever you think is interesting or important, thereby reinforcing what you'd like for your children to learn, and you get a nice little book in the end that your child can read for motivation and inspiriation.
Go visit Robinlyn, you won't be sorry! Be sure to leave her a comment, think of it as leaving a calling card, it just let's people know you've at least been there. It's the polite thing to do.
