Er, ah, uh-hum. Yes, well . . . let's get back to our regularly scheduled programming of Featured Blogger shall we? Moving to Kentucky has had me a bit distracted!
All right, let me introduce you to a fantastic blogger that I hope to meet someday in person! Heather amazes me because she has several special needs children and she has some special needs herself and on top of all of that, she homeschools! Check out gfcfmomofmany.
Need some gluten free recipes? It's always nice to have these on hand even if no one in your immediate family needs to watch their gluten intake. Some day you may have a guest or special potluck to go to and having just the right snack will be a relief to those you are offering to feed! Heather posts about gluten free foods on Fridays!
While it isn't Christmas yet, and I'm not a supporter of stores selling their wares to me in September, this poem was way to good to not pass on to you. I cried, because I could see my son, and my way of thinking. "He told his first lie," what parent gets happy about that? One who is thrilled to learn that her child has a new level of understanding. Trust me, it's a milestone, and each one is something to get happy about.
You can also find Heather right here on the Company Porch each Friday with Special Words for Special Needs. She blesses me each week with the topics she shares!
Say hello to Heather, comments are gluten and caesin free! Come to think of it, they're even fat free! Leave a bunch all over HSB!
