Fish in my Hair

Humor is often the only thing that gets a homeschooler through the day.   But some days finding the humor can tough.  TC at Fish in my Hair is just the medicine for a weary homeschooler in need of a laugh.  She mixes a healthy dose of humor into every post.  Her entries center around the common everyday problems and situations that many homeschoolers face.   Yet somehow TC makes them seem manageable and maybe even down right fun.   TC has 4 kids, 4 dogs, numerous chickens and turkeys, two cows, and one husband. She says that they all conspire to make her insane.   It takes a little bit of craziness to homeschool.  And it takes a little bit of courage to tell the whole world about it.   So if you're in need of a little comic relief, TC's blog is just what the doctor order.   Here are a few funnies to get your treatment started;   

Who Does What?  Many times the roles in the home are a little mixed around.  Sometimes Dad folds a bit of laundry.  Or Mom takes a trip to the hardware store.  But TC shares proof that there is one task every man must do Biblically.  

How Her Family Tackles PE - Every homeschool child needs a PE every once in a while.  But for TC, PE comes in fun and sometimes impractical ways. 

Her Aspirations for her Children - All mothers have many inspirations for their children and what they should do in life.  TC is no different. 

My Own Toy with it's Own Brain - Ever have problems with that sewing machine?  Or maybe you got a brand new gadget or gizmo for Christmas that you just can't figure out how to work it.  Well, TC and her daughter have the same problems!
