It pays to do what you first think to do.... I was going to initially divide up our reading schedule when I got The Inheritance, but things have been a bit hard around here lately with losing our beloved Grandmother and Matt flying to NM for the funeral, and I didn't. I see that I spoke too quickly when I said there was plenty of time to join us in reading The Inheritance! In reading chapters 4-6 and discussing it today, we have finished the story! It was brought up in the last discussion that finding the treasure was the climax, and we were already to it; well, now we know why. Sorry for dropping the ball there!The next story in the book The Inheritance is Clara. It has 10 chapters, so we will start with chapters 1-5. We will read the rest of that story, chapters 6-10 the following week, as all of the chapters are short. Then, there is another story at the end of the book. So, really, if you have not read The Inheritance yet, we still have 3 more weeks of reading, please do join us!
