Alex is looking into cabins, but we need a head count so he can know when we will need to rent them, how many are for sure coming, and how many are planning on coming. I assume all your familes are coming?

I honestly don't see how me or my family would make it...but I can PM somebody my email and they could send me pictures. If it's alright with my Mom, I could mebbe send someone my phone # so they could call me one night or something. It's still all up in the air. Jack, whaddya think?

Sadly, I think it would be a big fat no for me. Unless, of course, someone feels like shelling out money for me to go to said wonderful gathering. ^_^

I don't know if I'll be able to come if it's in TX, that's a pretty far drive for my family, and there is no way I'd be able to go on my own. I'll have to talk to my parents....

Sorry to tell you all, but it looks like Maddie, Molly, Anna and I won't be able to make it.

TX, is just so far away, either a very long drive, or an expensive plan ride, and Molly and I always visit our Aunt Mary at her ranch in Black Missouri the last, or second to last week in July, and we just couldn't do two bigish trips in July.

So it looks like we'll have to take a rain check for this one, maybe if we do a HSB gathering in 2010 we'll be able to make that one, and if not I guess we shall just have to content ourselves with chatting, video chatting and PMing.

There is no way any of us can make it. Sorry, but TX is just too far to drive (even if any of us had a license), and plane tickets are far too expensive.

You know i'd love to come. But theres no way that my parents are going to let me come across the US cause they dont have proof that this is real. What yall need to do is where ever yall are going to have it, have them put it up on their web site. And yall need to have a real website. Maybe in 2010 if yall get it together.
