You need to sign up for an account with flickr.com - I think it requires a Yahoo ID - but they will take you through that process. Once you get an account - go to Upload photo - and browse your computer to find where you put the pic you want - and click on it. Then wait till it uploads - and click the save button. Then select the picture you want by clicking on it - click all sizes (a button that will appear above your selected picture) - then it will give you size choices - you may want to make it smaller - some people post humongous pictures you have to move your screen to see like the right side of somebody's face! - and then highlight the URL - take it to your 'add entry' for your blog - and click the button that says insert picture. paste that URL there! It's pretty simple - but email me if you have trouble.
