Just an FYI-

 I've just listed a used library copy of this book on e-bay. The copy I'm selling has a slight tear on one page but otherwise is in pretty good shape for a used library book. 

(I assume that the tear if the reason it was retired from my library which is sad as it's hard to come by, but good for someone who needs a copy I guess).
