Remember going to camp or having sleepovers and playing "Grosser than Gross?"

We'd take turns thinking of things...well.. grosser than gross.

Yesterday our family decided to all go to one of the local "Super Store's." You know those stores where you can buy everything you need in one stop... clothes, shoes, household stuff, lightbulbs, get your tires changed and groceries?

We all walk in and we stop just after the entrance so we can put two of our kiddo's in the cart. My two oldest children look over at all the packages of iced sugar cookies decorated with July 4th themes...

I hear, "Mom, look!!"

"What, dear?"

"Look it's a mouse eating a cookie!"

My hubby and I get closer to take a look, and low and behold there was this mouse chomping away at one of the cookies, IN the package!!! (I've seen enough mice in my life and I've even fed many mice to snakes...so no screaming or fitting from me.) I stand in front of the "bonus" in the box so that other people wouldn't see it while my hubby went to go get someone to dispose of the cookie filled mouse. (Half of a cookie was already eaten!)

While standing in the check-out lane my husband comments on buying their cookies and get a free 'pet!'
