Coversation between "Peanut" my 5 year old and his Grandma (my mother).
Recenly, Peanut spent a week with my mother. On one of those days she took him to a sub shop for lunch.
Per my mother. Very seriously Peanut asks, "Grandma, do you have eyes at the back of your head?"
Grandma, "No."
Peanut, "Well, mom does."
Later that day they went over to my brother's house. My mother tells my brother and his friend about what Peanut said at the sub shop. Then my brother and his friend told Peanut that all girls and moms have 'eyes at the backs of their heads.' Peanut responded with an, "Oh."
I just love what kids can come up with! I think that conversation came about because one night as I was tucking Peanut into bed he told me that he had 'eyes at the back of his head' and I told him, "Wow, I do too!"
