I actually used a recipe I found on allrecipes! The bread is more of a delightful, lightly sweet, dense pound cake. We ALL loved it! It was spiked with rum extract (we aren't rum drinkers)...lol. Lovely for Christmas! I'll be making it annually!

I made 2 changes- I added 1 pkg of vanilla pudding mix (not prepared) and about 1/4 cup more oil. Otherwise it tastes a tad dry. Also, eggnog always has a hint of nutmeg- mace comes from the same plant only it's stronger- I use it instead. I also double the recipe to make 2 loaves. Next time I'll just bake it in a bundt pan and maybe make a glaze to drizzle over when done. You can do all kinds of things with it! LOL I guess after all those changes it's lamost my own recipe and I could have posted it myself huh??? LOL
It really is good! If you healthy it up- it will not taste good. LOL
