I have restless leg syndrome. It's frustrating to have.
Before I started seeing those commercials on the TV about it, I only thought I was weird. (Which, I am weird...) I didn't think other people would get those "restless" feelings in their legs too. I just figured that I had to get up and pray. =) I get it in my hands sometimes too.
Anyway, the only time I didn't have problems with my legs being restless was when I was nursing. Now that my 1.5 yo is weaned the restlessness has started up again.
If any of you dear readers suffer from this is there any "natural" things that you know of to help this. I do not want meds for it and I can't keep asking my hubby to rub my legs everynight. I'm zapped at the end of the day and I want to sleep!
