Think emiment domain isn't for real? Check out this article at ABC.com and think again.
How would you react if the government decided that your land and your home would better serve "the community" as something other than your home and then they sought to seize it?

Jan. 22, 2006 - Hi there!
We've lived in NB for the last 10 years. Before that, we lived in Nova Scotia. As for the weather.... well, our "normal" for this time of year is about -4*C for a daytime high. That's about 24*F, or somewhere near. With the windchill it generally feels more like -30*!!!!!!!!! Also we usually have lots of snow--- a couple of winters ago it was up to those cross supports on the swingset. We've very little snow this year, and a fair amount of rain. Last week it was 13*C, and my rhubarb sprouted. I hope it survives. I should post about all this on my blog, along with some old pictures of snowdrifts!!!
Glad to have found another friend!!!
