Tom, we're praying for you and your family. May our Father give you the strength you need right now. He loves you, He loves Missey, He loves your kids. Hang on to Him, even if right now we don't understand what He is doing. He doesn't make a mistake.

Thanks so much for posting a note at this very sad time. We will continue to keep you and your family in our thoughts and prayers in the days and weeks to come. May the God who created each one of us grant you peace beyond anything else.

Monday, March 6 - Hello From New Zealand

((((((((((HUGS)))))))))))))))))))))))

I know Missey - more as Melissa in AR from the Five In A Row Boards.

I'm very shocked to hear of her passing and the huge loss you all have.

Please know she has touched many lives even way down here in New Zealand.

Kind regards
Leanne Morris.

Monday, March 6 - In My Prayers

Tom, you and your family are in my prayers. I pray that God will comfort and strengthen you at this time in a way that only He can. I never met Missey, but it was her story that brought me to the homeschool blogger. I just wanted you to know that I'm thinking of you and praying for you.

Monday, March 6 - the upside-down kingdom

Posted by from Florida
One of the greatest things about Christ is that His kingdom is not like that of the world. Your loss is a gain, and to hold onto is to lose, unless a grain of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains alone, but if it dies, it produces much grain (Jn 12:24). But isn't that what Missey did, she gave of herself continually, and now because of her serving heart and lifestyle, much fruit will be produced. I have no doubt that it will be for the kingdom of God. My prayer is lifted up for you, Tom, and your children. That you may find Him as the lifter up of your head and heart, that you will know His grace, His strength, His mercy and faithfulness, that it will be apparent to your children as well. And that in the days to come we will be able to see the great glory of God the Father who has yours, as well as all of those who are His, greater good in mind and heart, doing what He has promised, and completing that which He began in you. May your faith be strengthened and your heart be embraced by His.

I thought of your family while reading this poem by William Blake to my children this morning. We posted it on our blog and pray that you feel His comfort and all of our prayers.
