Ten Commandments Lapbook

Posted in Lapbooks

I had planned to do a Ten Commandments Lapbook for some time now, but had been unsure how to do it. After seeing Jaminacema's pictures and links, I knew what I wanted to do. So following her lead, here is the simple Lapbook that we made:

The cover. The tablet opens up into a book where my 12 year old put her version of the Commandments in. They aren't as cute as Jamin's daughters due to her age.

Inside. Laws of God on left, laws of man on the right.

Laws of God side. In each booklet, my daughter wrote out the scripture and verse that corresponds to the Commandment. I made up some flash cards to help her study the scriptures and verses. I don't remember where the pictures came from however.

Laws of Man side. Like the other side, each booklet contains the scripture and verse from the bible in them.

So that's our Ten Commandment Lapbook. Nothing fancy this time, just a simple, plain lapbook.

Your lapbook looks fantastic! Your daughter did a great job! Thanks so much for posting pictures and letting me know about it. It feels good to know that someone else was able to use some of the ideas and resources we used. Excellent job!
