I haven't downloaded it (it is in a pdf file) or seen it, but it has been circulating around many of my yahoo groups. So I figured I would post it here as well. I am sure many of you would like it
Scroll down a little and you can find it under "New Links" in the mail blog section. Apparently the link I had before, which I had gotten from one of my many yahoo groups, caused the poor womans bandwidth to get eatten up, so she took it off and put it on her blog instead.
