Halloween Lapbook

Posted in Lapbooks

Ok, I know it is the beginning of December and all, but I am a little behind. Here are the pictures of our Halloween Lapbook. Our Thanksgiving Lapbook is lamost finished, and I will post those pictures and links as soon as it is done.

Cover. Picture is from my Photo Shop program

Left side has booklets on Pumpkin Facts, a Timeline, and a recipe for Mexican Day of the Dead.

Middle shows a booklet of a Samhain (pagan name for Halloween) story, a drawing of a pumpkin and my kids dressed up for Halloween this past year.

Right side shows booklets on favorite treats, Halloweeen Symbols and a recipe for English Soul Cake.

Inside flap shows a map of all the different places we studied about their Halloween traditions.

The ghost is an orgami ghost we made to represent China.

The only place not here was Germany. It was a photo frame to make, but we did not make it this time.

Here is where you can find the Halloween Lapbook we made. There is also a nice one here.

I love the origami ghost! That lapbook looks great. I found the Symbols of Christmas kit I bought and am going to work on it with the boys starting next week. I hope mine comes out somewhere near as nice as yours!
