This past weekend we went up to Applecrest orchards in Hampton Falls, NH for thier Harvest Festival.

We picked a 1/2 a bushel and made sure that the bag over flowed so that we got our 25.00 worth. Apple Pies and Apple Crisp will be made this week. I am also going to make up some apple pie filling to can so that we can enjoy the apples all winter long.

I also got a kit to make some apple dip and Tiramisu Cheescake mix. I am going to try these two soon. Maybe for Thanksgiving snacks at my sisters.
