Free for this month from History Scribe is Notebooking pages on Rocks and Minerals. There are both a elementary and middle school version so you can use these pages with multiple ages.

I wish I saw these last month. Our first Nature Study group of the year was at the Saugus Iron Works and we learned about the different types of rocks while there. I know Matt wantsto go back, so I will have to bring these pages with us to do.
