Where to begin?
Wow! Its been a long time, and there is ALOT to tell! Where to begin.. where to begin?
Lets go back a little, we'll start there :)
Dec. 5th Savannah and I flew out to Missouri at 10am. We had a pretty hilarious Air port adventure! My dad took us at 8:30, and when we left my mom was saying that she DID NOT want Savannah and I going by ourselves (just through security and stuff, she wanted us to be w/ someone). So we get to the airport, and there is NO parking, and I mean NO parking! The only thing they had was valet, and dad didn't want to pay for that. ($5 for 10 minutes!? Come on!) So he parks on the "Drop of only" section and we all run inside. Well it was only about 3 minutes that we were standing in line for baggage claim (or drop off, or whatever! lol.) and dad panics and goes back outside to find a parking spot, because it would NOT be good if the van was towed.
Basically, judging by the line, he figured it would be another 10min. So he left, and the line went a WHOLE lot faster than 10min. And Savannah and I were in a hurry, so we just carried on checked our baggage in (after all, we've done this 3 times before! lol.) and headed off for security. While I stood in line for security, Savannah went out to look for Dad because we would feel REALLY bad getting on a plane for Missouri without saying good bye to dad!!! He would have a PANIC ATTACK!!!!!!
She comes back, no dad. We didn't know what was taking him so long... and we didn't exactly have enough time to wait. Although, we wished we did. Anyways, after security we waited anxiously HOPING that dad figured that we made it and we were ok. (And also thinking how having a cell phone handy would have been AWESOME! LOL) But me being 14, and Savannah 16, we knew that he knew that we were ok!
Well, obviously... we got on the plane and SURVIVED! (LOL) We had an awesome flight, awesome landing, it was great! And afterwards, we called dad from Kansas City and he said that after searching for a parking spot, he gave up and paid for valet parking, RUSHED inside, looked for us, didn't find us, gave up, and on his way home he said that he knew that we would make it ok. But I still felt SO BAD! He paid for VALET PARKING! But we still made it :) It was only 3 hours of them panicking! Savannah and I really felt bad. But it got worked out and such... you know.... all that fun stuff!!
Missouri was AWESOME!!! We had an incredible time hanging out with Boompa and Sweetie. We did COUNTLESS things! I highly doubt I could say EVERYTHING let alone IN ORDER.... but I can give you an idea..... We went to a Christmas Carol play, which was VERY cool... and definitely gets you in the Christmas spirit. I had SUSHI for the first, and afterwards got to have my picture taken with the SUSHI CHEF! lol. I'll never forget that :) Good memories! We explored the Crown Center, the Plaza all lit up and beautiful! We saw some amazing houses... allow me to refraise that.... AMAZING HUGE GIGANTOR houses!!! lol. It snowed THE day we arrived, then it...er... rained sleet?? Sleeted?? lol. w/e you get it!!!! So there was ice everywhere... fun! lol. No... really... it was fun :) Lets see.... we visited awesome museums, and ate at one of them. OH! We had DIM SUM! That was fun! Savannah and I have officially been introduced to Bubble-Tea. Its very..er... bubbly!!!! Boompa took Savannah and I out to the mac store, and got us each 8GB IPOD NANOS!!!!! YAY!!!!! (Yeah, we love him.. ALOT!!!) That was SOOOO COOOOLL!!!!!!! And I introduced Boompa and Sweetie to Michael Buble... because you haven't lived until you've heard this guy sing. (Well, thats second to knowing God :) OF COURSE!
We decorated Boompa and Sweeties tree with lights... LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS OF LIGHTS!!!! To be precise, we went to wal-mart and got 15 boxes of the large LED lights, then got about 6 of the smaller LED lights. It was alot! And yet... it was PERFECT!!! Sweetie and I stayed up till either 2:30 or 3am and read her chapter book that she wrote, which I LOVED!!!! You all have to read it :) It was SO FUN!
All the Grandkiddos are so sweet! Their all so cute, and SOCIAL!!! And to think, they're HOMESCHOOLED!!! lol. They each have a very fun bubbly personality. It was a delight to meet them :) WOW! And to think we crammed that into ONE WEEK!!!! And thats not even EVERYTHING we did! WHEW! I think that was the most fun I've had in one week in a LONG TIME!!!! Alright, moving on....
Dec 13th I had my 14th birthday (the day after Sana and I got back from MO) We were pretty exhausted from our trip, with time difference and such, so we both just had a friend over, we watched the Lakehouse, ate tons of junk food and stayed up late! It was fun. :)
Dec 24th. You all know what day that is... CHRISTMAS!!! Well, heres our Christmas story. (I'll try and make this one short... but as well all know, I ROCK at taking a short story and making it EXTREMELY boring and long! So CAUTION!! LOL) Ok, so Christmas DAY was the day we were supposed to go up to Mount Vernon and see my dads side of the family, our Grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles you name it! AND this is my Grandparents last Christmas in their house of 36 years! They just sold this past Summer :( So this was supposed to be a very special Christmas. Well.... now that I've probably confused you with my "was's" and my "supposed-to's" Let me explain... Savannah got SICK on Christmas Eve!! She got like a cold/flu/well just SICK! Not good. It was the same sickness that we got LAST year that kept us from having our Christmas there too!!! AHHHHHHH!!!!!! So we never did go up to MV, instead... we stayed home and...er.... played with our presents we got here :) Which was fine, it was just a bummer not being able to hang with the fam. And now we go on to......
Jan 1st. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! So, TODAYS THE DAY!!! We go to Mount Vernon and have the Christmas party that we never got on Christmas!!! We all get in the car, our bags are packed, and no one's sick! Well.... get this.... we're an hour out, we have three more to go.... and yes... you got it... the CAR BREAKS DOWN!!!! AHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! Just one more thing.... so to make that LONG story short... We waited at the nearest gas station for 3 hours for my grandpa (my moms dad) and the tow truck to get there! THEN we had to GO HOME!!!! So, there goes our second attempt for a Christmas party.... down the drain. Ugh.
And there you have it! Those are basically the BIG things that we've been doing. And now you know :) No more guilt trips. :) lol.

Sorry I haven't written anything for a while! Holidays, gotta love 'em! We've just been suPER busy around here. I promise, I promise, I promise I'll write more after the HOLIDAYS!!!! lol.

FLOOD!
These past couple days have been fun. On Saturday, my friend Maegen came over, and Savannahs friend Caylin came over. Savannah and Caylin left to go babysit for some friends of ours, Dad went to a Van Halen concert, and mom went out with one of her girlfriends. So Maegen and I had the whole house to ourselves! (well, after we got the kids to bed... which was not easy!)
We watched Speed and the new Die Hard in ONE NIGHT, made hot fudge to go with our vanilla ice cream, got some blankets and chilled! The family didn't get back till 12:30am! lol. But they had fun :)
In the morning, we all got up at 9 after getting to bed late, and got ready for church. Dad was leading worship at another church that asked if he could a few days ago. So it was just mom and us kids (plus Maegen and Caylin) . But Maegen left with her family after church.
So, we get home, and only about..er... 15 minutes later, Skylar comes RACING up the stairs yelling what we've been dreading since March.... "The basements flooding!" Yes, thats right... our basement was flooding. And when I say we've been dreading it since March, I mean, the last time this happened was March. And we had to replace all the carpet! So I'm sure you can imagine our reaction when we saw it!
My dad wasn't home yet, so we called him and told him it was flooding, he came about 20 minutes later. Well, that was after Caylin, Savannah and I had already cleared out half the basement.... which believe me... in 20 minutes, thats ALOT! We were worn out! lol.
After dad got home, (he was with our friend, Alex) we had some other friends come over, after that, my Grandpa came over, and after that, another friend came over, and last but not least one MORE friend came over. So we had a total of 7 extra helpers! And 5 of them brought shop vacs. So we sucked up all the water, and at the present moment, the carpet is laying on boards so it can dry.
We have fans, heaters, de-humidifiers, and the furnace is on, it has been on for 2 days! Its really HOT and humid in that room! The garage is completely FULL of furniture, books, you name it :)
Well, I'm going to go to bed. Hope you all had a swell Thanksgiving! God Bless!

Long time no ENTRY!!
Hey you guys
Sorry I haven't posted in a while. It doesn't seem like it was that long ago.. but the 5th-17th... thats a little much! lol. I've sat down like 6 times to post, but I can never think of anything to write, or someone calls me and I forget, you know... lifes CRAZY!!!!
I'll update you on some things in life. Well one thing that I was going to post about a while ago, but forgot, was my dads 40th birthday!!! We celebrated it on the 30th of October :) A few weeks ago. My grandparents took us to their condos at Seaside beach in OR. We did alot of beach walking, swimming, eating junk food! Its his 40th! We went CRAZY! But it was fun. I'll add some pics of that.
Then this last weekend (not last Thursday, but the one before that, the 8th-12th) my mom and dad went to Louisiana to speak at an (link>) Extreme Marriage Makeover (
Which was totally fun because then the kids had someone to play with besides themselves for 4 days. And Savannah and I had someone to hang with besides our selves for 4 days :) So we hung out with them, and sadly, Jasmine got sick on Saturday, so she was in bed all day that day! :-( But she was fine on Sunday, the day they left! But she got a few more hours with the kiddos.
Then when the Gparents left with the cousins, on Sunday, we were all alone! Which was fine... its just,when your home alone with no one to drive you anywhere, except one person with a permit... it gets a little boring! You tend to go a little crazy!!! But my aunt eventually came over, and our friend Alex came by to check on us before she had gotten here, started a fire, and went out and got us PIZZA!!!! ( I love you alex! You Rock... but you already knew that!!! :) lol.
My parents didn't get home till Monday at 12AM!!! So Alexs wife Julie, came by with her kiddos for a couple hours that night, also brought some dinner and some fun conversations :) (I love you too Julie! YOU rock... but you already knew that too :) lol!
So that was last weekend, then THIS weekend we're not really doing anything. Except for the fact that Savannah is out at Caylins house, and Skylar is out at Austins house. So I'm just hanging out here with the lil kids and da momma and da papa :D lol.
But yesterday was the LAST DAY OF FRIDAY SCHOOL!!!!! So sad :( But it'll start up again in the Spring. Seems like those 8 weeks just go by too fast!
Well, thats basically whats been happening lately. But I thought I'd leave you with one more thing...Drum roll please................................
Savannah and I are going to MISSOURI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAY!!!! We don't leave till December 5th... in 18 DAYS.... and we'll be gone for a week! We're going to hang with Boompa and Sweetie, and hang out with them, and also get a taste for where they live. I AM SOOOO EXCITED!!!!!

Friday School!
Hey Yo!
After Friday School on Friday, my friends and I took some fun pictures while we were waiting for our parents to get their things together. Which was mostly just shutting lights off, and making sure everything was in place for Sunday, because we were all the last peoples there.
Anyways, we took some weird/crazy/dumb pictures! lol. Its what we do best. We had a fun Photography day on Friday too. In my photography class, we had a little "field trip" where we went around the church and took candid pictures of peoples. Its was fun. Although, some people would look at you just as you were taking the picture. :D But I guess it was still kinda a candid picture because it wasn't set up. :) lol. Because, because, because! lol.
I went in to one the rooms/classrooms, and everyone looked at me! Hehe. They thought that I was taking group pictures, so I had to explain to them that I was supposed to be taking candid pictures... so they posed for me! lol. hehe.. shhhh.. don't tell anyone!!!

Costume Partay!!
Hey All--
Long time no POST! lol. Sorry I haven't posted in a while. Life... what can I say? ;) This event (that I am finally posting) was about a week ago now, but I thought I'd post about it anyway. Last Friday, we had a costume/Halloween party at our First Class Friday School Teen event :D lol. It was a blast! There was tons of different costumes, and I must say, very creative costumes! ;-)
We had pirates, 80s rock stars, Egyption Queens, 60s Chicks (me:), fairies, and alot of things that were just for the heck of it! For example, there was some guys that showed up and didn't have a costume, so my sister and my friend took some red gel, and wacked their hair all up! lol. It was really funny! Oh the memories :)
Well its late, I'm tired, and I kinda wanna go to bed! lol. Tomorrows Friday School, and I have to get up bright and early. But I will be posting again soon, because we just got back from the beach for my dads birthday with my Grandparents. So I'll have to tell you how that went. But for now, heres some pictures of our costume party.

St Helens
Yo peeps...
Well, yesterday the mountain was BEAUTIFUL!!!(as usual) And I got awesome shots. I have one of St. Helens at dusk, and one of it at dawn. Its amazing how this one mountain can just blow you away! God is so good. :) Its totally different looking at this beautiful mountain than looking at it in a picture. But hopefully you'll be able to see the beauty that I see! :)

And here it is right around 8am. :) Notice the dif??!?!? LOL!!! And actually, I took this one inside, so the window was right in front of it. (it was too COLD to go outside!!!) I'm a wimp, what can I say?!!?!?! So, anyways, that would explain the spots on it :)
