It was bound to happen, I'd be blogging again because there is something I just HAVE to share.     

Acupuncture. It's the way to go if you have any sort of allergy...just find a reputable doctor.                   

I've known people who have had major environmental allergies cleared through one session. I myself have been "cured" of my dairy allergy and lactose intolerance, and just recently went for a gluten allergy.      

If you are wondering if traditional allergists were aware of my allergies, yes and no. My dairy allergy did not show up with skin testing or RAST testing, but the allergist said based on my reactions (eczema, heavy sinus congestion), I had a dairy allergy. The lactose intolerance couldn't be missed  , and now we're saving $35 a month on the pills I was taking (they helped breakdown the protein as well as provide the lactase enzyme).           

There is so much that we suffer with that we don't need to, and sometimes it is worth it to seek out relief. We are all blessed that mommy can eat a more normal diet (and cook one!), and soon we hope to have a higher level of wellness to serve one another with.
