Barking dogs......

Down here in Tn where I live some of the old timers say that "Their dogs are barking)"...... when their feet are hurting. :):) When I say that my dogs are barking.... I literally mean that some of our outside dogs are really BARKING at night!!! UGH!!! It has been bothering us and at least one of our sweet neighbors... so we are working HARD!!! to try and solve the problem. I almost feel like I have a newborn as I am up oodles of time during the night trying to deal with the dogs! :( During the day, they are as quiet as can be for the most part! Of course!:) UGH!! I am praying for sleep and hunting answers and trying new things!

I, the fast reading wife(the hare) am working my way through the One Year Bible for the first time as my precious slow reading husband (the tortoise) has already done it twice and put me to shame.:) No, not to shame, he has never bragged or gloated, he just keeps on reading and drawing closer to God.:) Yippee!! So, I am having FUN and learning soooooo much and drawing closer to God as I read LOTS of things that I have never read before! God is soooooo AWESOME and AMAZING!!! I am thankful for and in AWE of HIM!!

Looking on the bright side of the ever annoying barking pups...you won't have to worry about prowlers. Just tell your neighbors the dogs are your new alarm system and distribute ear plugs to them all :). Seriously though I hope the pups simmer down at night for you so you can get some sleep. Nothing more super fun and oh so pleasant than a sleep deprived momma-lol!! It was great chatting with ya last night! Hope you had a great time at Splash Country! We have a, well, redneck neighbor with a tween girl(who frequently spies in our windows). Since we moved in next door (& share a driveway and dual-shed) he has accrued 2 yippie mean dogs(one is tied up ALL-DAY in the back yard and nashes his teeth at us as we go into our own back yard), 1 live-in girl friend &her 3 year-old who ended up being a drug user and he kicked her out and warned us to call the police at the first sight of her. He then brought another girlfriend home to livewith him along with her tween daughter and son. I'm pretty sure I property value drops every day, especially since her put up the chain link fense in the front yard! We try to be loving neighbors, but this is REALLY trying on us!
