Skin Care Made Simple...
Facial Skin Brush (be sure to get one with natural bristles)

Do you want to keep your skin as healthy and young as
possible without it costing a fortune? I know I do! Well here
are some tips that I do....
1) Drink half your body weight in filtered
water daily.
2) Dry brush your skin several times a day in a
gentle circular motion with a skin brush.
3) Then rinse you skin off with water.
4) Use a cotton ball with witch hazel and gently wipe your off skin.
5) Apply a thin layer of jojoba oil in gentle upward strokes.
6) Do daily facial exercises......Exercises to follow below. I got these off the internet...
By doing all these steps your skin will surely reap the benefits
and it will glow and look great!
