Confetti Cajun Bean Rice (very quick and easy) Topped with Raw milk cheddar cheese
Baby spinach salad loaded with fresh veggies and topped with ginger soy dressing

Veggie tray with some veggies drizzled with maple syrup the rest dipped in home made ranch dressing
