This week is evening VBS.  We do it in the evening so our working parents can come help.  So far, it's gone really well.  We split the kids up into 3 groups: preschool, K-2nd, and 3rd - 6th.  We have 4 stations that they rotate among: snacks, crafts, games, and Bible lesson.  I teach the Bible lesson to the groups.  I enjoy it.  To date, each night we have had 1 decision for salvation. 

We just can't seem to shake baseball around here.  ;)  There was an urgent call for help from our little league for helpers for a tournament this coming weekend.  So, I'm keeping score for an 11 yr. tournament game in the morning.  My dh will be umpiring 2 games in the afternoon - evening.  I guess we enjoy it. LOL

A big blessing is coming our way.  This past Sunday afternoon we got a phone call from our local Christian camp offering to let us come to Family Camp next week for free.  This is a WOW!  All six of us - we are quite excited!  We love our local camp and it will be a great week off for our family.  I'm quite looking forward to it.
