Sleepless in Arkansas - updatedUpdated: The stuff from the health food store helped a little bit. He ended up sleeping in his sister's room... which was fine with her since she was sleeping in her little brother's bed w/him. LOL. I think that part of the problem is that ds' bedroom is located on the other side of the house from the rest of ours. Strange, but that's just how it ended up. I think he's just feeling anxious about being back there "by himself". We'll have to figure out other arrangements somehow... ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My 10 year old ds has developed an insomnia problem. Every night for the past week or two, he's been up and down, up and down, up and down. The past few nights, he's even gotten out of bed in the wee hours of the morning and been sick to his stomach. I'm wondering if it's nerves or anxiety of some sort? He seems to be fine during the day, but come bedtime, he just can't seem to settle in. I visited the health food store today and purchased something to help calm him down before bed. I'm anxious to try it tonight to see if it helps.
