Me and the kids are out of town right now visiting Grandma and Grandpa. Unfortunately, they've had some internet problems for the last few days, and finally got it fixed today. So, I'm back! We'll be heading home tomorrow. It's a good thing 'cause Daddy misses us bunches!!! I could hear it in his voice last night. I have to admit, not having him there to celebrate Mother's Day was alot different! Speaking of which, I hope all you special Mom's out there had a very blessed Mother's Day! I made it a point to read aloud Proverbs 31 to my mom and family while we enjoyed our day together. It's always a reminder to me of all the time my mom spent taking care of me and my siblings and our home and our meals and our dad..... =]
When I get home tomorrow, I will share more about our fieldtrip to Conner Prairie Settlement in Indianapolis last Friday. It was a cold and rainy day, but we had a great time!!
That's all I have for now. Hope you're having a wonderful day!
Hi! My name is Deborah, and I want to thank you for taking a moment out of your busy day to visit Home For Him. I hope in some small way that you find encouragement and ideas for not only your homeschooling experience, but also your walk with God. I live in Kentucky with my Honey of 17 years, our three adventureous kids, and our small zoo of two dogs, a cat, a bird and three reptiles. Together, we have a heart for serving, and a love for studying God's Word and learning about His creation. Welcome to our world!
