This is BC before takeoff. I was having some very strong mixed emotions. What excitement! To see my son, my first born, fly off in an airplane. Wow! It was truly an amazing experience! He got to fly for an hour. Yes, he flew the plane!! This is his second time to fly in general and first time to fly a plane. This is a Cessna plane. It's his dream one day to be a pilot. I am so happy that he is able to have these experiences young and have the ability to start pursuing it now. From my understanding he will be old enough to get some sort of pilot license this time next year. BC is a cadet with the Civil Air Patrol. It's CAP for short.
