I came across a yummy recipe and thought I would share. It's probably one I imagine most would know of but I never did. I hope you try it and enjoy! Oh and I know the recipe is set at 14 servings, don't freak out just yet. What is really cool about this site is that you can adjust the recipes by how many servings you will need and it will remeasure everything for you. Neat!!
And - Here is the remodeled version that we made this evening. Looking forward to some yummy breakfast in the morning!
Close to 10 cups water
5 cups rolled oats (not quick kind)
1 1/2 cup real brown sugar
1 cup raisons
1 cup chopped prunes
2 1/2 cup chopped apples
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
Low heat all night
Cooking while you sleep just can't be beat!!!!
