The kids and I went to a local historical site today. While there we found several "old fashioned" toys. There were several kits to choose from. There were games, educational materials, crafts, and such. Here is the site to go to where you can purchase these for yourselves.

We picked up a hankerchief doll to assemble as well as a colonial doll making book. Each was about $5. Not  a bad price to add to your studies in U.S. history.
