Computer game without violence (busiess skills instead)
Hey, even accountants have fun sometimes! (From the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, AICPA). Help your Children--or Grandchildren--Learn About Accounting with New Interactive Game If you would like to introduce a student you know to the world of accounting and business The Turnaround Game
is a great place to start. This new online business simulation produced
by the AICPA gives high school and college students insight into the
real world of a CPA and the recording industry. It gives players a
chance to develop a winning proposal to save a failing record company
called BigNoizz. The AICPA developed The Turnaround Game as the latest
installment of its award-winning Start Here. Go Places. campaign, designed to interest high school and college students in an accounting career.
I'm going to try it out after tax season (!) and try and get my
daughters to play. If you beat me to it, tell me about it. Carol
