Subject: Homeschool Senior: Hannah-HannahElizabeth

Today, I would like you to meet 2008 Homeschool Senior, Miss Hannah

My name is Hannah, I live in a small town in Arkansas, and I have three younger sisters. I am thankful to have been blessed with the opportunity to be homeschooled since the 1st Grade and I am proud to soon be a homeschool graduate. I love playing the piano and singing, as well as crocheting, playing the flute, and drama. I am also grateful to have the opportunity to teach the 2 & 3 year old Sunday School class at her church.

My favorite subjects have always been music and literature. I think my favorite part of having been homeschooled is that I was able to concentrate more on the subjects that I enjoy, and get extra help on the subjects that I did not. Looking back through the years, I wouldn’t have ever changed being homeschooled; and the times when I was younger and couldn’t help but notice that my public schooled friends had more field trips, more time with friends, etc., I have also watched as we have gotten older, and in light of the different decisions we have made and the different life styles we live, I know that I did not miss out on a thing.

After graduation I do not have any immediate plans to attend college, but I hope to continue teaching piano lessons, and running my mini-business, Hannah’s Hats. I also hope to get the opportunity to start playing the piano for weddings.
I love the promise found in Proverbs 3:5-7, and I am striving to always trust in the Lord with all my heart.

Everything is looking great over here! I love reading about what fellow Homeschool Seniors are doing. It's fun and encouraging to compare goals and ideas.

I hope to stop by again soon!

This is a really cool idea! Thanks for putting this together. My oldest will be graduating in 2009. Will you be passing the torch of this blog onto someone else next year?
Great job!
Blessings, Dee @ boysrus
