Piano

Ok, today I summed up all my courage and I asked my guitar teacher if I could switch to piano. And she said........YES!!!!! Amazingly!! My mom was upset with me, because I'm not being very diligent with guitar, and I think my dad will be disappointed because he really wanted me to learn the guitar. But Kyle's going to be playing it. And as for mom's reason: I won't give it up entirely, I just would rather play the piano, because I really excell in that! And I LOVE to play it!! I've already memorized "Winter Wonderland" to play this Christmas(and, yes, I taught myself how to play that one, but I still would like a teacher). I'm still working on "Holly Jolly Christmas" and "Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree". I know I might be getting a bit of a headstart, but, hey, I'll need it! The holidays just seem to blow right past when they're finally here. I guess the longest and funnest part of the holidays is looking forward to them all year; what do you guys think?

very cool! i personally would love to learn guitar. yeah, holidays are over so quickly once they come. the best part about them is when they're just starting. they're here, but you still have a lot to look forward to. i dunno, that's my opinion. which holiday is your favorite?

I like it! But remember. DON"T DO WHAT I DID!!!!!!!! I gave up piano once I realized that the recitals interfered with my social life. (Like I had one anyway) Don't give it up. I'm trying to go back and teach myself enough to keep my skills from getting rusty, but I can't take lessons again as long as I still take riding lessons.
