My poor unattended to blog!  I am so sorry little fella, I didn't mean to leave you so long!  It seemed like a day went by, then a week and now several months (yikes)...

To those of you who are my loyal readers in blogland - I will make an effort to visit a little bit more frequently.  It is fun to write and fun to read your comments, and since I know that we're all busy, I figured I could make an attempt to quit using that as an excuse :)

Today we had a "Home Improvement" day.  We painted two walls that were in need of help, mowed the scraggly lawn, got a new sprinkler that actually works, and planned our strategy for future "Home Improvement" days!  It was a great feeling to check some things off that forever growing TO DO list...

We are all thankful for the cool weather today and for the three-day weekend with Daddy!
