Well I may survive now. I went out and bought a coffee maker. Not the one that I wanted but at least I can have coffee now. Small towns are not known for their great selections nor great prices. :O( So the new machine is now in the midst of its first brew cycle. Yay! The long weekend in May and town is a zoo. I had to go in to grab supplies. I went first thing this morning in hopes of avoiding the jungle but it had already hit! Everyone is off to go camping on the May long weekend. And it is gonna be a nice one. Plus 28 for tomorrow. Tomorrow is our annual spring cattle drive. Moving the cows up to the lease land. Last I counted we will have 25 bodies here to 'help'move the cows. The ages span from 95 years old down to a few months old. It is always a good time. On the education front... not much happening. The kids spent most of the week at my mom's. I have the CTBS tests. We use them as our final test of the year and then wrap things up. Hopefully we will get them going and finished this coming week. I am still doing lots of brainstorming about what and how to do things in the fall. Stay posted... maybe one of these days I will make up my mind. :o) |
