Jessica Dololey is a girl of twelve, lives with an average family in Sacramento, California, and is an only child. She has straight, shoulder-length blond hair, sea-green eyes, and brown freckles on her face. She is mostly cheerful and "smiley", but she is known for having a quick temper. Yep, you did it exactly right! I liked reading about Jessica and her "brown freckles" (nice detail). I can "see" her and I think there is good potential here for a story, especially since you hinted about the girl who makes J's temper rise. :-)
