4 chicken breast wrapped in ham (0 carbs)
1 can black olives (11 Carbs)
1 jar Classico Sun-Dried Tomato Alfredo (24 carbs per jar.)
1 Cup Mozerella (0 Carbs)

Bake at 350 for 35 - 45 minutes until chicken is
cooked through. 4 servings at 8.75 carbs each.

We served ours with a side of baked garlic
and a salad.

I am so excited to find you here! I am trying to loose the low-carb way, too, and it's so hard!

I would love to see what you're doing for Resurrection Day -- are you sticking with it or venturing outside of the low-carb thing? I am not going to be able to stick with it as I try to make everyone's favorites on the holidays.
