Vacationing at Birch Bay
Hello everyone. My family and I just got back from our vacation. We went to Birch Bay for three days, we were supposed to stay for nine days. You see the reason we didn't stay that long is because we wanted to be home with our friends and doing other fun things. I am very happy that I am back. I will be posting pictures that my mom took really soon.

What a lovely series of photos you have posted. Combined, the pictures give me a very well developed sense of your vacation. One thing I liked about your first photograph (the large gnarled piece of drift wood) was how I immediately "saw" two people dancing within the wood. Excellent choice. Next, I was impressed with the variety of flora and fauna you highlight in the next 10 photographs. What is the brown vegetable like mass in picture number seven? The pictures of the heron were also very special. Lastly, I think my two favorite pictures were those of the vacation house. I liked the one where you took a picture of the house framed by driftwood and the second framed by two large trees. Your ability to find natural "frames" in the world around you is an advanced technique. Keep up the good work!
