Knowledgequestmaps.com is a great resource for homeschoolers!  They currently have a free unit study on Canada.  You will find reading selections, history and time lines, mapwork, recipes and crafts.  The free study is HERE. This free unit study is designed as a companion to the Knowledge Quest Article on Canada in the current issue of The Old Schoolhouse® Magazine.  The Summer 2008 issues are arriving in mailboxes now or can be purchased HERE.

Now, for a website I have fallen in love with!  Worksheetworks.com is a website that allows you to make your own customized worksheets. We have been having a blast with this. My kids and I have made a bunch of worksheets!  Some of our favorites are word searches and handwriting worksheets with our AWANA verses on them. It's not just language art worksheets though. It also covers Math, geography and MUCH more!  You just have to check it out HERE.

One last thing. I just found out the other day that homeschoolshare.com now has 275 free unit studies and 200 free lapbooks! WOW! I love this site and use it a lot with my kids. If you are looking for some great free studies to incorporate into your homeschool make sure you check out homeschoolshare.com!
