What did you do in 2006 that you've never done before?
Hmmm....Mike and I went to a marriage conference. We got a lot out of it, but mostly enjoyed spending time together.
Did you keep your New Years' resolutions and will you make more for next year?
No. I wanted to lose weight this year, instead I've gained weight! BUT...it's baby weight and a lot of it will melt off once she's born.
Did anyone close to you give birth?
My best friend had a boy Jan. 20 and my sister-in-law (my brother's wife) had a boy March 9.
Did anyone close to you die?
A friend of the family died in September, a couple days after his first granddaughter was born.
What countries did you visit?
None
What would you like to have in 2007 that you lacked in 2006?
The financial means to not work.
What date from 2006 will remain etched in your memory and why?
Probably April 30...the day I found out I was pregnant again after just suffering a miscarriage.
What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Starting to get my house in order
What was your biggest failure?
Not loving my family enough
Did you suffer illness or injury?
I had the flu and thought I was going to die!
What was the best thing you bought?
Can't think of anything.
Where did most of your money go?
Books for me, fun stuff for the kids

I'm having a GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!

Happier...I'm getting to stay home for the 1st time in 3 years.

Fatter...I'm 9 months pregnant!

Richer...I'm blessed with a new nephew and soon a daughter.
